Instructions for use:

• Prepare Work Area: Ensure a clean and organized work area with all necessary tools and materials, including the provided scoops.
• Measure Alginate Powder: Using the provided scoops, measure 15 grams of the dental alginate powder.
• Measure Water: Measure 40 milliliters of water using the appropriate measuring tools.
• Mixing: In a clean mixing bowl, combine the measured alginate powder and water according to the specified 15:40 ratio.
• Thoroughly Mix: Use a spatula or mixing instrument to blend the powder and water thoroughly. Ensure a homogenous mix.
• Working Time: With the clock starting at the beginning of the mix, you have approximately 1.30 minutes at 25°C to work with the alginate. Proceed with making the dental impression within this timeframe.
• Setting Time: The alginate will start setting approximately 2.30 minutes from the beginning of the mix. Ensure that the impression is completed before this setting time is reached.
• Impression Procedure: Follow the standard dental impression procedure, applying the mixed alginate to the patient’s teeth or the desired area.
• Removal and Inspection: After the setting time, carefully remove the set alginate impression. Inspect the impression for accuracy and detail.
• Clean Up: Clean and disinfect the dental tools and workspace according to standard infection control procedures.
